[Q] samsung galaxy exhibit T599 (t-mobile)

Hello guys . i got a samsung galaxy exhibit T599 here , my question is , why is my signal is always EDGE . and if i set the setting into 3G , the network isn't available .

first , i think the sim is unlocked , but there is no request for code from the phone .

i can connect to any simcard provider , but the signal i have is only EDGE.

please helm me , and sorry for the bad elnglish.
