Any help on how to install the gapps in my mobile would be highly appreciated.
I'm stuck with installing google apps. Here is what I did:
- Downloaded the gapps version 7.
- Rebooted the mobile in recovery mode.
- Installed the zip. The installation succeeds, but when I reboot the mobile no google app appears. Thigs look same as were earlier.
Notes:
- On various forums, blogs, I saw that in recovery mode, it will allow us to browse for the zip. But, in my mobile, it shows **no** option for browsing. Moreover, it expects file name to be /sdcard/update.zip.
- I extracted the gapps zip, and tried to install the apks individually, but it didn't install.
- Also tried installing gapps zips from some other websites, but the key verification failed during installation in recovery mode.
Any help on how to install the gapps in my mobile would be highly appreciated.
