[Q] /sdcard mountable but not aviable

Hello Guys, after playing a little bit with my old HTC Sensation Xl, I "lost" my /sdcard.

I can mount it, I can format it, I could even change it with mkfs.ext4.

But I can't acces it on phone. And that means I can't download anything and can't see it on my computer.

Adb works, fastboot works, etc.

S-OFF: Runnymede

Hboot: 6.25.4444

Radio: 3831.16.00.16_M

Recovery: TWRP 2.8.5.0 Runnymede

CRom: Cyanogen 10.1 v 1.4.0 Runnymede

If I run fdisk -l /dev/block/mmcblk0 I get this output:
