[Q] Galaxy S3 (GT-i9305)

Hi guys, my mothers SGS3 is stuck on bootloop (well just freezes on samsung logo), it was on stock firmware when the problem first occured, i've tried flashing cwm via odin, wiping absolutely everything and then reflashing stock firmware, but problem persisted, i've tried rooting, flashing cwm, and then installing cyanogenmod to no avail. :eek:

does anybody have any other ideas that i could try.
